Guest guest Posted June 12, 2000 Report Share Posted June 12, 2000 Hi everyone! I've just started the BFL program (this is day 6 for me) and have really been enjoying reading your informative posts. At first I thought that the eating plan would be tough to stick to, but I feel great and so it's pretty easy to stick to. I don't have the energy dips during the day that I used to. Because I started on a Wednesday, I had one free day already and I felt terrible! Not guilty, but even in the short three days I had been on the program, my body was appreciating all that quality nutrition it was getting and felt sick when I gave it junk. Literally. I didn't binge either. Anyway, it was great motivation to get back on track the next day. I am a bit concerned about getting enough calcium in my diet. Just about everywhere that I read says that we women should get somewhere in the neighborhood of 1000-1200mg of calcium per day. Where does skim milk fit into the BFL plan?
