Hi,

Use the powder and just mix it in some liquid. It's supposedly sweet

tasting. I mix it in Kool-Aid. Others have mixed it with other

flavored drinks, Sunny-D, etc.. It did not go well with apple juice

with my son (tried that once!). I wasn't sure about orange juice just

due to the acidity, if it'd counteract the effect or something.

I got the crystals once by mistake, instead of powder, and they didn't

mix/dissolve as well.

There'd be too many tablets to take to try those, with the number of

grams your child might need to go up to.

Hope this helps!

My son takes it mixed in juice. Some brands dissolve better than others. He

takes three glasses a day.

How do you take Inositol?

Can anyone tell me how their child takes Inositol? I am considering

trying it sometime in the near future, but am wondering how this " pure

powder " is consumed? Is it mixed in a drink? If so, does it dissolve

completely and does it have a taste? Does it come in a pill form that

you can swallow or chew?
