hi everyone!!!

Wassup?!? it's me carol/tigger3. I'm feeling amazing now and am not

in the dumps like yesterday. I did my 11th day of advanced TB and have

just 10 days left for the DC. only thing is, I need some advice. see,

some of my family and friends see me working out everyday and they're

worried. I have a history of eating disorders and some of them are worried

that I'm going back cuz of working out so often. how do I let them know

that I'm alright and I am working out everyday however it's cuz it's fun not

cuz I'm having a relapse?
