Guest guest
Hi ladies, I just have to share this with all of you...After I was done lifting weights tonight, I went into the basement where dh was working out. ( I keep my free weights upstairs) Anyway, I was curious how much I could bench press. The most I have ever done before is 105. Well, tonight I bench pressed 125 lbs. This is also for anyone just starting tae bo. Believe me, it does more for you than you think. Just because you don't see really fast results, that doesn't mean anything! I am so proud of myself.
