Hi ladies,

I just have to share this with all of you...After I was done

lifting weights tonight, I went into the basement where dh was working out. (

I keep my free weights upstairs)

Anyway, I was curious how much I could bench press. The most I have ever done

before is 105. Well, tonight I bench pressed 125 lbs. This is also for anyone

just starting tae bo. Believe me, it does more for you than you think. Just

because you don't see really fast results, that doesn't mean anything! I am

so proud of myself.

so true Ang and those little things adding up are more important to our

overall quality of life than the numbers on the scale
