The studio advanced was my favorite untill I got the live series a few weeks ago. You'd be surprised how easily you start to catch on and before you know it....You can make it through the whole thing....Even in double time!!!! I even stopped yelling at on the screen! ( I would say " You're out of your mind " everytime he'd say " come on, 2-sets left " - my mom was convinced I'd lost my mind for talking to the tv!!!) Good luck!!!! I don't remember which tape it was, but it was one that I was trying for the first time. It was a bit difficult, but I expected that for my first try. I thought I was doing great. Then he started up with the machine gun kicks. He got us into position. I thought it was gonna be regular roundhouse kicks. I was in position and ready to go. Then when I saw that he wasn't lowering his leg at all between kicks, I yelled, " you have lost your ever-lovin' mind! " I've been talking to ever since. :-) My grandson loves it. My daughter thinks I'm nuts. But's that's OK! Actually letting out a yell every now and then really helps you get through the workout. I always yell on the buttwork. :-) -- Sandy

Guest guest
Mike always is yelling something or another while we are working out. Especially when we are doing the double time forward/puch combo in the basic tape. I never usually mumble a single thing while I am working out! Cute thing happened a few minutes ago... came up to me and started doing round house kicks..the ones where you change your legs while doing them (left, right etc.) Then he stops and looks at me and says " I'm doing tae bo " LOL Re: Advanced Studio tape > At 11:33 AM 02/28/00 -0500, wrote: > >I also yell.......On the floorwork I keep saying " billy your killing > >me " ......I know my family thinks I am nuts=) So my mental health isn't that > >great but my physical health is ...he he he ...
