Thankyou all so much for such a Great welcome to your group--

also! sorry to everyone that got my 1st of 2 posts--all of 4

sentences-I hit Send at the wrong time apparently!

anyway! I did as You suggested-and Did the Basic again today--that is

day 7 of my challenge-and at the end thought--Oh! what the heck! and

Put in the 8 minute--and you were right! I DID IT! And felt Sooooooooo

Goood for it!

so! that Gives me YET ANOTHER variation--thankyou!

The Basic Live I have is an addition Manufactured for the UK Market--it

is a 1998 production,to The viewers right Is the Lady in Lilac Top and

Lilac Patterned leggings,To Our Left 2 Girls have head sets on!

There is a Lovely coloured lady in the middle of the room,who

goes up to,and says-Look! she can do it,shes working at Her Own

pace--or words to that affect!

I assumed I had the Basic Live one!{shrug}

regardless! I LOVE IT! But! still find the Basic Studio Challenging in

other ways--although Not as fast paced as the live.

before I go--I said I wasn't weighing--but felt inspired to-and had to

Register for my Weight watchers Online club--and I have lost 4 lbs in 3

weeks---I PREUME Thanks to Tae Bo!!

I KNOW I am Trimmer! But will measure in 2 months time!
