LOL...you could say that, Sandie! I happened to go back to the studio

yesterday, and I bought two more shirts and an AWESOME Team Tae Bo duffle

bag. Unfortunately, I am not going back today. Otherwise, I would pick up

the tape for you. =)

You are right, Sandy...I did! I hope nobody noticed I almost puked during

the Basic workout on Saturday! LOL I'll give more details later, cuz I have

to go pack, but it felt really good to get through all three of the Basic

tapings.

I thought about going this morning, but it would have been tight with my

flight. I vascillated back and forth about it. I almost think it would have

been easier because there aren't any hot lights there. I will definitely do

it another time, though. =)

Marcy was there, and she looked even better in person. I didn't talk to her,

but I think some of the other women did, so keep an eye out for info from

them!

All in all, I am EXHAUSTED, but I had a great time and met some wonderful

people. I'll write more later.

Apparently, she has a degenerative brain disease (the other ladies will

correct me if I am wrong) and is losing functionality in her body. Until

Tae-Bo, it was difficult for her to even get out of bed. Her husband says

that Tae-Bo has helped her immensely. The other members of the group might

have more to add, but that's the basics!

Darn, I wish I would have known because I would have gotten to

sign it for you. I'd be willing to go to Target for you and pick one

up. I've got a Target really close to here. Just let me know if you

want me to pick it up.

Marcy was there for a few of the tapings, but not every single one like

she was in November. Of course this was the last few days of tapings,

so she was probably there constantly the week before....lol. I didn't

talk to her at all but somebody did (, maybe?) and hopefully,

they'll give you an update on her. She is an amazing woman! She

actually wore a tank top one of the times, which surprised me since she

always wears long sleeves!
