OK, guys...we did it! The official poll results were published in the

News Herald today (they weren't published online). They are: 56% YES

and 44% NO. Not bad considering 45 minutes before closing (which was

5:00 EST), the votes were running at 43.9% YES and 56.1% NO.

This poll was important coming on the heels of the California/Autism

story! This paper has a pretty decent readership, and I truly believe

that the Editor is quick to side with the media stance that vaccines

are perfectly safe.

My dd is going to push for a follow up story. I'll let you know if

it happens! The main thing is, we made our voices heard...YAY!!!
