Car Auction and Autism ...

My husband had on the Barrett- auto auction last night (yes, my

exiciting Saturday night!) and they were auctioning a Dodge Challenger

painted like the General Lee from the Dukes of Hazzard TV show (they

had a reunion show recently?) - Schneider drove it in and said

that the proceeds of the sale would go to a charity near and dear to

his families heart - Cure Autism Now.

Didn't they merge with Autism Speaks? This was a live show I believe,

if it wasn't, it wasn't too old because they were talking about

Daytona coming up (Tony NASCAR driver was there).

BTW, I think the car went for like $500,000 (not chump change!) - some

were over a million!
