I'm very dismayed at how frequently this is being invoked in cases which effect our kids or in cases involving drug- induced suicide or violence and just about any other bogus pharma product. All pharma has to do is crank out tons of useless studies, then say that the " majority science " believes such and such and judges can simply throw out expert testimony on the idea that it's " minority view " .
