WHAT ELSE IF NOT MERCURY? The JAMA paper October 1 2003 looks at the relation between thimerosal and autism. This paper is used to show that autism is NOT related to the mercury content of vaccines. The paper does admit to the biological plausibility presumably based on the fact that mercury destroys brain cells. It does not look at whether mercury may be implicated in cot death or SIDS, damage to the growth of the eyes, nervous system and brain in other ways though. However, although the number of autism cases is small compared to the USA experience it does raise major concerns that the change in vaccine regime may be not just important but CRUCIAL in understanding what triggers or exascerpates autism. The rise in autism in Denmark seems to mirror exactly the introduction of a completely new and novel vaccine completely UNTESTED for ADVERSE EFFECTS in the long term. The vaccine which is novel and correlates perfectly with the increase of autism in Denmark is: The MMR vaccine. No wonder Dr Wakefield gets so much acrid and bitter attacks on his integrity when he found a dozen or so cases which enabled him to be the FIRST to link autism to vaccines in a specific fashion. The accusation that MMR should be at the heart of the rise of AUTISM is a truth that may never be admitted but it is true that when ’s voice was heard that the MMR reports from the general public leading to autism opened like floodgates in USA and can be clearly seen in the VAERS records. Previously persuaded by PROPAGANDA that it was just COINCIDENCE. Anders Hviid et al MUST be extremely aware that if mercury did not cause the EPIDEMIC of AUTISM that there was a candidate not of suspicion but actually SCREAMING to the researchers. Why are they SILENT? And why are they not happy to discuss this paper in detail? They are epidemiologists but are they happy to be second to in bringing the BAD NEWS to their paymasters? The "rise" in autism in Denmark, which has hoodwinked so many doctors, mirrors exactly the time when they began to count outpatients with autism as well as those who were institutionalized. Plus the Danish rate of autism diagnosis is much lower than that in the US. Having worked as an epidemiologist at Cornell, I can tell you that this paper is statistically bankrupt.
