AAP Rally/need ur lab results/even if not attending

We need your help: Please email either your child's porphyrin test, urine or fecal toxins lab results. Parents who are both attending and not attending can send your child's test results. Please mark out any information you do not want to be made public PRIOR to emailing the labs.

If you are comfortable with your state written at the top of your results- please have this information in bold lettering at the top of your labs along with any other information you wish to provide (ex: lab results after chelating for x months or lab results prior to chelating, etc).

Email labs to: angelamedlin@.... If it is easier to fax your test results, please email Amy at amyc444@... and she will provide you with a fax #.

Please put AAP RALLY in the subject line. This information will be crucial for our rally.
