Guest guest
Health departments use this registry against someone attempting a religious exemption after partial vaccination. (even though it legally can't prevent you from getting the exemption)They can look it up online quite easily. I live in FL and opted out for my 2nd child. I believe you can opt out at anytime???? --- Debi <fightingautism@...> wrote: > Here are a few other states I found with similar > listings: > > http://www.he.net/~dvk/imms/tracking.htm > > > > > > > Tonight in medical law I learned about how our > state maintains an > > immunization registry and we're supposed to be > notified within the > > first six months of our child's birth that we can > opt out of having > > our child's info. Guest guest
good luck with getting names off the registry. It ain't that easy. As I recall an advocate did it some years ago in Texas and it took her years to do it."L. Guest guest
I'd bet a million bucks you are correct. I opted out right at the beginning when they sent the initial " FYI " . There is a small form attached which you have to read EVER SO CAREFULLY that allows you to " Opt out. " I think my son was 4 months when I received it. --- Maurine Meleck <maurine_meleck@...> wrote: > good luck with getting names off the registry. It > ain't that easy.
