Health departments use this registry against someone

attempting a religious exemption after partial

vaccination. (even though it legally can't prevent you

from getting the exemption)They can look it up online

quite easily. I live in FL and opted out for my 2nd

child. I believe you can opt out at anytime????

good luck with getting names off the registry. It ain't that easy. As I recall an advocate did it some years ago in Texas and it took her years to do it."L. I'd bet a million bucks you are correct. I opted out

right at the beginning when they sent the initial

" FYI " . There is a small form attached which you have

to read EVER SO CAREFULLY that allows you to " Opt

out. " I think my son was 4 months when I received it.
