Guest guest
We started doing a vision therapy program this summer which includes a prescription for prism lenses. The lenses have helped my daughter's visual scanning. I am sorry to say that we did not keep up with the vision therapy which we hope to start up again soon. We started the therapy at the same time that I began seriously investigating chelation and it was just too much to do all at once. I think there is much to be gained from vision therapy with or without prescription prism lenses. I also believe that chelation will help with respect to the vision perception problems and more may be gained from the therapy once the metals are detoxed. It's worth investigating. We paid $300 for a pair of glasses that seemed to help at first but then made it much more difficult for him to see. We were doing chelation and had just started visual exercises when we started the glasses though so it's possible he surpassed the need. << One more question-- This gentleman says our kids " over-focalize " and that locks up their movement and speech as well. Guest guest
You really have to hear the whole presentation to get this. Basically he's saying there are two systems the body uses for vision, and our kids are impaired in one, so they overuse the other. This locks up their movement and speech as well.
