What they don't say, and wasn't necessarily implied, is that actually eating carbohydrates causes this increase in inflammation. I personally am completely off any kind of carbs and have found it helpful. In regards to 's post about chocolate and coffee, I have found that coffee doesn't seem to affect my symptoms, but chocolate is something I religiously stay away from. gloria Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
