I found this really interesting... can you site the newspaper where u read the article? I researched the Harvard Med site but could not find anything

I read that article in the NY Times. What they don't say, and wasn't

necessarily implied, is that actually eating carbohydrates causes this

increase in inflammation. I personally am completely off any kind of carbs

and have found it helpful. In regards to 's post about chocolate and

coffee, I have found that coffee doesn't seem to affect my symptoms, but

chocolate is something I religiously stay away from.
