Guest guest
Hi to All - Hope you are having a great day today!! Now that Nicki is nearly 3, she no longer is eligible to receive Speech Therapy from the agency that we have been with since her birth and she has been "discharged" to another agency for speech. This next agency is notorious for not giving the services that we are entitled to due to lack of funding apparently! Anyway, the good news is that Nicki's speech coming along well. At our final visit today, they described her speech as age appropriate and has over 50 words in her vocab. The therapist said that the only thing she wasn't doing is running 2 or 3 words together. 5 seconds later, Nicki said "What is that?"! She showed them! Neener, neener, neener!! Needless to say, I'm thrilled and I hope Nicki can give some advice to Emma with regards to speech! Emma seems to be getting more and more frustrated but she is finally starting to say some things, even though I can't quite understand what she is saying yet - it'll happen, I know it will. Guest guest
Carolyn: What a little " chatterbox " ! (but then I guess you could say she takes after her mum!). Emma's day will come, just be patient! Judi __________________________________________________
