Guest guest
Has anyone seen the latest commentary on CNN titled: A View from the CDC On Autism by Anne Schuchat and Edwin Trevathan? http://www.cnn.com/2008/HEALTH/conditions/04/04/cdc.commentary/index.html This quote from the article really ticked me off: " Although some may call it a " one size fits all " approach, the recommended vaccine schedule is flexible, and it does account for instances when a child should not receive a recommended vaccine or when a recommended vaccine should be delayed. " TELL THAT TO THE DOCTORS, YOU IDIOTS. How many parents have been intimated or made to feel stupid by their own Pediatricians because we've had reservations or concerns? My first pediatrician gave me a real hard time because I did not want to give my daughter the HEP B vaccine. He even went as far to write condesending notes in my daughters records that " Mother was too anxious for vaccine " My sisters doctor told her she could not be seen by him if her kid did not get his MMR. How F**KING Arrogant!! These Doctors (not all but most) have the God Complex. I am so mad that all of a sudden the CDC is coming out saying that the " the ball has been on the parents court " this whole time to decide to spread out the vaccines. Most busy parents do not have time to read up on your screw up CDC. That is your freakin job CDC!!!!!! So I would like to make a call to all parents and help report all the freakin doctors that made every parent feel like crap for questioning the vaccine schedule. WHERE DO WE START? WHO DO WE CALL??? Any suggestions! I'm mad as hell and am ready to take action. Mad as Hell Mommy Jacky
