Update on and the precocious puberty

Hey everyone,

The endocrinologist just called with my 8 yr old son’s test results. We did blood last Thursday (that was fast). He was showing some signs of precocious puberty (going thru puberty too early).

The blood work showed no abnormal levels of hormones and no tumors. She said it was the “best case” we could want from the results. She wants to see him in about 4 months to check and see how he is doing. But, for right now, we don’t have to do anything differently.

Glad to get some good news!
