hi.. all..I am trying to rack my brain and find my son's immunization records... he was born dec 3 , 1991..did not get the hep b.. was not being inforced... then.. he got it in summer of 1993 with his sister .. he was 18 months old.. does anyone know or remember the schedule for those years??? thanks..
