My kids like Spanish Rice....I just make rice and brown some ground turkey.

Then throw the rice and the turkey(or beef) into a skillet add spaghetti

sauce and some veggies, put the cover on and it is done in like 15 minutes.

Then when I serve it I throw some shredded cheddar on it. Easy and they eat

it.

This one may sound gross but they actually eat it. I make ground turkey

like you would meatloaf....I then put it into muffin tins and put a chunk of

cheddar cheese in the middle. They call them meat muffins....

Tuna noodle casserole is always eaten by at least three of them.

Baked ziti goes over okay.

I love the cookbook. It has tons of good ideas in it.
