I have been going through some insomnia too, and experienced the same thing with my Fibromyalgia. It seems like there should be an answer that it somewhere in between: maybe you could take a nap sometime during the day, or evening to make up for the time you don't sleep at night. Either that, or my mom swears by Tylenol PM, but I don't like the idea of taking something like that when my husband isn't home since I'm the one who has to be here for the kids in an emergency. -- Kara Hoover Check out my website!
