Guest guest
Welcome. We have had a lot of new members sign up lately. I am currently getting settled in our new home/state, so I do not have time to monitor this list the way I would like. I wanted to welcome you all and give you a few reminders about this list..... 1. this list is becoming very busy, please do not post " thank you's " and personal notes to the list. Please include your e-mail address at the bottom of your posts so people can get in touch with you. ONElist...protects e-mail addresses and members may not be able to get in touch with you personally. 2. Please be nice to your fellow listers. If you disagree with something a person writes, please do not be negative on this list. You may write to me or write directly to the person you have a conflict with. This list needs to stay focused on teaching and learning.... not disagreeing. Please remember that this teaching approach is somewhat new to many people. Their (or Your) understanding might be off just a little bit, please do not be mean in trying to clear up misunderstandings : ) 3. Please do not post OFF TOPIC things on this list. Most people who have joined this this have done so for one specific purpose... to learn more about using discrete trials within the natural environment with the support of skinners theory of language. Let's stay focused for our children. I am sorry if this offends some people, but there are other lists on the internet that are for other specific topics and not so specific. This list will stay focused on . 4. You may review the archives at e-Scribe. It has a better index and easier to find specific topics or authors of posts. Please go to the following website. (would someone who has this website information, please forward it to the list... I am on a different computer and do not have the exact location of our archives. It is listed under , education section.) 5. Until I can make the time to complete an informative website regarding this list, please go back and read all the posts that say ATTN: all members, so something close to that. You will find some good information about this list in those posts. I am hoping to have something helpful for all of you in the near future. Thanks for joining and happy teaching and learning.
