Hey Deb,A couple things:1) Did you check your minimum calorie requirements for your weight/height/age/activity level?2) What exactly are you eating? Can you give us a menu. Don't leave anything out, the weirdest things can cause gains3) Are you drinking your water? You have to maintain water consumptionNamaste,Vicky Rowe - ** Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!**http://www.hcgloss.com - the Zen of Pounds & IncheshCG Message Board: http://www.hcgloss.com/forum/index.phpVicky's hCG Blog: http://www.hcgloss.com/wordpress/How To Do Phase 3: http://www.hcgloss.com/diet-steps/phase-3-stablizing.htmlWhere to buy hCG: http://www.hcgloss.com/get-your-hcg.htmlPounds & Inches: http://www.hcgloss.com/pounds-and-inches.htmlFind your P3 Calories: http://www.hcgloss.com/calculators.htmlhCG Protocol SUPPLIES: https://secure.osisecureweb.com/hcgsupplies/redir.php?id=25============================================================211.4/170/135 (Whoohoo, on my way!!)Round 2 - Phase 2 -->Phase 3 June 2, 2009>> I really frustrated on P3! OK, first thing:

- nuts make some gain. Drop them until you are sure they're not the problem

- cottage cheese - most of it has sugar added. I'd avoid it in P3 until you

know.

- make sure you're getting *lots* of protein, that is important

Finally, try 2 days of eating your recommended calorie levels for your

weight/height/age and activity level. I gained everywhere I ate *below* that

level. It wasn't until I hit within a 100 or so calories of it that I stopped

gaining.

Weird, I know. But its worth a try. Right now you're already doing steak days.

See if this works, and if it does, you might not need to do any more....

Namaste,

Hi DC,

Sorry, I just thanked Vicki for this great advice.

Wanted to let you know how much this has helped me. I was starting to panic and

you threw me a lifeline. Thanks you so much for taking the time to respond. I

think I am finally stabilized on Maintenance.

I am too scared to do that. I am beginning my second week of maintenance and I

have already had to do 2 steak days. Like a lot of you, Im not quite sure what

to expect when I weigh myself in the morning. Would any of you on maintenance

be willing to send me what exactly you eat on a typical day so I could get an

idea of what I should be doing or what I am doing wrong? I would so gretaly

appreciate this!!! Thank you!
