Burn !! (And shoes)

I go away for 2 hours to eat and excercise and I come back to 41 emails!! OK

I did the Basic and I tried to do the abs part of the advanced...keyword

here being *try*...lol I did some of it, but whoa, talk about butt and thigh

burn!! I'm gonna keep doing it everyday, but it will be at least 1 or more

months before I can really do a lot of it. Basic is getting easier

everythime we do it though. I really like that video. Everyday I feel it

more in my hamstings and my abs. (Guess I am able to more tighten my abs

when I am working out.) At about 3 AM I will be posting this weeks stats..I

always stay up late and that is just when we get around to it. LOL

Shoes - Can anyone recommend a good pair of athletic shoes? Especially for

the Tae-Bo workout? The shoes I have right now are old and my feet start

hurting when I am doing the roundhouse kicks. Any suggstions on a good pair

of shoes would be greatly appricated!!
