Guest guest
How is Reaghan doing in it? Any problems? She and Zack share almost the same birthday - his is Aug.2!!! Does she have tort too? And is she in it now 23/7? Well, we've had a bit of a rocky start. She was casted on 12/20 and didn't get it until 1/16. It never really fit correctly. She was recasted last week and we should get her second band today or tomorrow. Her first band kept popping up on her forehead and I was constantly adjusting it down again. We did have her in it pretty much 23/7 for 2 weeks. The orthotist said to try to keep her in the old one until the new one comes in. Unfortunately, Reaghan has been sick since Thursday with a Fever and flu. I can't get her fever to break under 100, so back to the Ped's today for that. Yes, she has tort too. She doesn't tilt as much as turns towards the right. She has been doing PT since December and is making great improvement there. Good luck on Wednesday, I'll be excited to see how it goes for you and Zack. Connie & Reaghan, Wyoming
Guest guest
HI Debby: To tell you the truth I don't know anyone that has AIH that has had an implant. I would say it might take longer for you to heal than someone who doesn't have AIH. I also wonder about the rejection factor. Did they talk to you about that at all? I sure wished you had researched this further because I know implants cost a bundle here in Florida. We will think positive and I know you wanted a tooth badly. Thank God wisdom teeth are the only teeth I have lost. I plan to take them with me, Lord willing. Hope you feel better soon, Genny

Guest guest
> Hi. I don't have any answers, as I had carpel tunnel releases bilaterally, thus the beginning of my downfall. I did try to keep working, as we depended upon both incomes, and after 7 months realized I was only getting worse each day. If I worked, I had to come home and keep ice, then heat, on my hands, fingers, and arms. I do have two items that " help more than anything else I've found. One is a homemade rice bag made of flannel, and sewed shut. I keep it in freezer so if I need ice applyed its handy, and for heat, I pop it in the microwave for about a minute, turning over the bag about half way. Don't get it so hot it burns you, and don't burn it, as it stinks so bad (from experience). Also, my pharmacist is so great, and he ordered a med called Penetran, which I had been rubbing on my neck and arms, knees, and ankles. However, now that I am on blood thinner I am in this big mess and not sure what doctor is supposed to be taking the responsibility. Anyways, you might have luck with the rice bags and penetran. If you have bilateral wrists problems, its not any trouble to go on and make two for home, two for work. I know some people work with ra everyday, but looking back,(I am on SS Disability) I would have been much better physically and emotionally had I quit when the carpal tun. surgery didn't work. I kept pushing myself, hoping it would get better.
Guest guest
Thanks so much for the recipes... I truely appreciated the dining out suggestions. Hubby and I used to go out every Friday for dinner, but since I have changed my lifestyle we haven't gone out.. He does miss it so! It was our date night! But next week we will have company in town and one of them is having a birthday while here and is going to insist on going out to dinner! Ok so she will want to go for drinks too. But I am either going to insist on being the driver or going to the casino instead! I am NOT going to make her a birthday cake and have that sitting around for days! We can have dessert while out! HUGS Find a way to make someone SMILE today! Cory --------------------------------- Use Photomail to share photos without annoying attachments. My hubby and I go out to eat every other saturday for our date night. We always go someplace where you can have a steak. Mostly because this is our favorite food, but it also allows me to stay on plan. Just about anywhere you can get just a plain broiled steak with no seasonings. Ask for a double side of veggies (pick out any carrots) and put butter and salt and pepper on top of your veggies. Don't be afraid to ask questions about how your food is prepared and ask for substitutions. They are happy at restaurants to accomodate you. I can tell you this after 10 years of low carb dieting. You can often order a plain omelet at many restaurants too. Or ask them to hold sauces and such. Even at fast food places you can get a burger with no cheese, condiments or bread. I ask for extra lettuce and tomatoes and wrap the burger in lettuce with tomato for adding moisture in a pinch. At mexican restaurants you can ask for " carne asada " which is safe on the candida diet, and ask for a salad with no dressing, and put a little olive oil and lemon juice on top (most restaurants have sliced lemons for water - just ask for some on the side to squeeze on your salad). At chinese restaurants you can often get bok choy steamed and steamed chicken.. just ask for it plain and steamed. I never eat at Indian restaurants so I'm not sure what is available there. Guest guest
Thank you Deb for checking on that information for me. That is not what I am looking at. I appreciate you taking the time to check for me. -------------- Original message from Debby Stephansen <lynnejanea@...>: -------------- ok-i talked to my Mom and it was called oxy-plus, and it is food-grade hydrogen peroxide-and that is the miracle worker-at least for the people my mom knew who used it-it oxygenates your whole body-cells and everthing-and the drops you put in water are just oxygen you put into the water.
