Rowan, Amber is so lucky to have you for support. I would recommend getting another opinion from a recommended rheumatologist, make sure Amber and you are present in the room to hear and ask questions. Amber is trying to make a careful decision. She is young and what she does can affect her entire life. Not getting the medical care she needs now can affect her entire future. This disease, RA, is an aggressive disease and must be fought with aggression. Get the support of physician's Amber respects and trusts. Best wishes, Lin
