I am hoping that if I tell you guys what I ate, the pubic humiliation may keep me from doing it again! Here we go: Breakfast: a bowl of honey nut cheerios with 1% milk snack: a handful of cheese puffs and a banana lunch: a small salad, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich (sugar free jelly) and a few more handfuls of cheese puffs (they are gone now, thank God) before dinner: 3 or 4 mini chocolate chip cookies and another banana dinner: a half of an onion pita stuffed with couscous, tomato, chicken, olives, cucumber, red onion, a sprinkle of tomato-basil feta cheese and olive oil vinaigrette Now here is the ugly part! Over my 5 hours at work I had: 3 bakery cookies, a roll of fruit mentos, a cup of grapes and a Pepsi one THEN, when I got home, I had a cupcake. Someone gave me some for my kids and I had to make sure they were OK.... The sad thing is that if I would have skipped the cheese puffs, cookies, cup cake and mentos, it would have been a good day! On a happy note, yesterday I did the advanced, 10 minutes of punching my heavy bag, some squats, lunges and ab work and some upper body weight lifting... But my eating, ugh!!!
