Janet here, Yesterday after I did the Basic (studio) and then The 8 minute-I went to bathe and felt a really deep Ache in my Tummy/pelvic area--I thought--Oh! No! Pulled my Pelvic floor muscle...even though i have NEVER Been able to locate them properly before-LOL After My Bath--It had eased But then this Moring,After doing Basic and 8Minute again--I felt it there---quite an ache.. Have I pulled in too hard and Overstretched a Muscle--Or is this indeed what I SHOULD Be feeling? It is Rather Like a Dull Period Pain---Doesn't hurt me too much though since I Have/had Endometriosis and have a VERY HIGH Pain Barrier! Hope you can advise here! I KNOW you can! what am I saying?
