Guest guest Posted February 24, 2000 Report Share Posted February 24, 2000 Barb I don't know how bad you are, but I've had that problem a year or so ago, and you have my full sympathy. I found the only way I could do push ups was on my knuckles, but wasn't strong enough, so I gripped a towel and then using another thick towel folded on the floor, managed to push up holding the wrist straight, I wasn't doing full push-up either,just the seated version, but starting with one or two slowly built up. On good days I can even do them with my hand flat now but have to be careful, and I'm doing them on my knees.
