Guest guest Posted July 31, 2012 Report Share Posted July 31, 2012 I briefly read some of the chatter here about Vit D and I wondered...to other folks here have low Vit D levels? I've only had my D level checked once,May 2012 and it was 18.8 (normal levels are 30.0-100). My PCP said it was a relatively new thing to check, and that I should supplement. I'm not a vitamin taker, so I haven't done anything about it. I figured I " d been inside all winter, so my summer in the sun would help. I'm very pale, so I wear sunscreen religiously, but I try to wait a bit before applying now. Just curious if others have low Vit D.
