Is there anyone on this loop that has a substantial amount of weight to lose?

My best-friend and I are getting ready to start the program, but she's a

little hesitant after reading the book. She has at least 150# to lose and

is concerned that it's not a program for someone with that much weight to

lose.

Judging by the before/after pictures, no one has been photographed with that

large of a weight loss. Any thoughts on this? Any suggestions for

someone who has that much to lose?
