I have been lurking on this list for a couple of weeks now, and have found all of your information, ideas and photos very helpful and very inspirational. I am in week five of my challenge and making great progress so far. The workout part of the problem has gone great, but the eating part was a problem for the first three weeks (had guests in town for two weeks and then had PMS!). Working now on the eating and it seems to be really kicking the fat burning into gear. My question today is: I have been having problems sleeping for the last week and I wondered if it could be a result of the program. I very rarely have problems sleeping, so it has been strange lately. Does anybody else have problems sleeping while on the program. If so, any ideas what's causing it?
