I WOULD LOVE THAT , maybe in time I can actually plan a trip over,, we shall see,, but right now, I have my plate very full,, I have trouble eating, I just dont have much of an appetite but I make sure I eat at least 2 dates every day and 2 teasp of raw honey each day,, the problem is that since I have done that,, I have gained about 10 pounds,, my body is just messed up ,, metabolic wize,, its been that way for years.. but Im NOT giving up,, hugs jaxHunter <us2china2@...> wrote: Hey jax, you know how important it is to eat well. Ohhhhhhhhhhhh I'd LOVE to visit China one day and you're right Australia is just over the horizon. Perhaps when the children are older and more independant, I'll take that trip and call in for some traditional chinese tea with you.

Well it's not true. But I know where the idea comes from. They eat so many fruits and vegetables here. Fruits and veggies are not only very good for you, but they digest very easily.
