no, it is actually only two sizes. For some

unexplicable reason, women's sizes don't always follow

the numbering system. Generally 16-18-20 is the

progress. you will on occassion see a 17 or 19, but

they are more like half sizes and unusual shape stuff.

But down two sizes by the end of the 12 weeks is good

enough for me!! Can't wait to see how the next

challange goes.
