about folic acid and methotrexate

Hi all,

My first doctor precribed me Methotrexate and multivitamin (this contained folic acid) and when I told this to another doctor he said, you need greater quantity of folic acid. So now I dont take that multi vitamin because it contains very less amount of folic acid and now I take folic acid tablet 5 days a week.

Its not to be taken on days when you take methotrexate
