Guest guest
, Tylenol is still the SAFEST pain reliever out there for those of us with pain and hep c as long as we dont exceed the 2000 mg per day limit. Hilbilly tim is the only one recommending herbs but he is only telling what HAS worked for him and we ALWAYS recommend that everyone discuss EVERYTHING with their docs.. My, God, we have people recommending tylenol, to obscure herbs, and let us not forget the ones discussing all the new med. findings. Guest guest
, Tylenol is what my doctor recommended to me during treatment. And the advice we give here is based on our personal experience. The information that we give is from reliable sources, gleaned from medical information sites. And with the permission from other reliable and informative Hepatitis C sites. We always as moderators remind you to check with your doctors before trying anything new. As Jackie has said, Hillbilly Tim is keeping his doctor informed of what he is taking and has a doctors guidance. I do not suggest anyone take any form of medicine without first checking with their GI or hepatologist. We are looking at what is going on out there. Some of us are part of many organizations besides this. This group is a source of information for some, support, and education. Thank you very much for your stressing your opinion. Guest guest
Sure Tim, Why don't you email them to Liz, as she is our director of research here at the group. Tim, we support all our members in their endeavors towards a better, healthier life. I like your comment that diet had a lot to do with feeling better with Hepatitis C. You know there is truth in that statement. I have a diet in the files section that I got from the Mayo. Clinic. I believe. But it is very good. Keep up the good work, and keep in touch with your doctor. Let us know how things are going. Guest guest
, I research everything and I dont advocate the use of herbal treatment . But I keep an open mind to all that comes in . I have my own website and support forum , which gets its infomation from pharmacists and hepatologists .
