Guest guest
Okay this sounds like fun.. now if they are in print I've really got to stick to them! Mine aren't as body specific I didn't even weigh in when I started weight loss always gets me down work so hard and lose a pound, no fun. So I skipped the scale with this plan. - To finish the 12 weeks! To realize I can honor a commitment to myself and do anything I put my mind to! - To see mucsle definition in my arms! How cool would that be? Whee! Tuff girl Tess.. - To be so skinny and lean I will publish my before and after pictures on the internet! I hope with those pictures I will inspire others to take the challenge and work towards becoming a healthier person. - To find a new job. Mine is awful, I hope that after/during this challenge I will have the confidence to stand up for myself in my current job and find a position where I can show my talents and in an environment I can thrive in.. - To create a healthy lifestyle. Biking, hiking, snowboarding, swimming, camping.. get out and feel healthy.. I've always been an outside person but have somehow let myself get to wrapped up in other parts of my life and not focus on the things that make me happy. Thanks everyone what a great idea! I wish everyone luck we can do it. I'm pumped and ready to acheive every one of these goals. Week six I made it through the dreaded five! yay! -Tess > Hi and everyone, > > I'm new here. > > What's the SECRET to no more sugar cravings???? > > Thank you , > Jolie
