Dear Good Advice Givers,

I am interested in some things you might look for, as well as ask about

when interviewing potential new therapists, mostly without ABA backgrounds,

but some special needs backgrounds, psych, remedial reading and ESL

backgrounds, etc. Am looking at another interview this PM, and wondered if

there is something I can say specifically to let them know how enriching

and how challenging this job is and that they have to have a sense of

commitment and dedication. Also, training?

Any thoughts on doing this better now, pairing up, etc?

Jennie
