, Works the same way with me. I prefer to sleep less for a few

days and then sleep longer, and put up with the stiffness, and get

rested up. It is a trade off.

Isn't that always the way!? Maybe knowing that you have an option gives your

body permission to go to sleep? Congrats that you are sleeping well though.
