If on Valtrex, I think you should strongly consider giving diflucan unless you have a reason NOT to. Here are some (not all) of the reasons NOT to use diflucan: 1. diflucan-resistant yeast 2. genetic polymorphisms that make it difficult to metabolize diflucan 3. you are controlling the yeast quite well through diet and/or another natural or prescription anti-fungal My daughter is doing well on the s.boulardii and yeast aid, but that doesn't mean that those are superior yeast fighters -- just that they are 's yeast fighters (we have reasons #1 and 2 not to use diflucan).
