Alternative Therapies - RA - Remicade

Hi all

I'm new to this group, but in many of the others. I wanted to ask

my question here. My wife was diagnosed with RA last Dec...just to

add to the stress may be a cause..at the age of 28, she never had

any time of arthritis, but aug 2002, we got married..she moved to

tx...some financial issues..and some stress from missing

family..friends..etc..then suddenly she got RA...of course, I

strongly feel this is related to stress and depression. It might be

interesting to see how many of you that have RA handle stress...

Shes been on Remicade and methotrexate since Feb03 and had her 5th

Remicade infusion and going back once every 2 months. So now

getting to my questinos:

1. Has anyone experienced Rashes the size of a quarter on there

back.chest..behind the ear..they did a biospy and the dermatologist

thinks its caused my the RA...the biopsy could not define what the

rash was..the Rheumtologist doesn't think its caused by the RA.

2. Has anyone found any good alternative treatments that work and

got them off the drugs?
