Hey Kit,

I have my back surgery in 2 days. Sounds weird, but I am really excited! To have endured this pain for 11 months now, and the pain having been constant for the past 3 months I am happy to finally have hope, and to see light at the end of the tunnel. The doc predicts only a week to recover and he said I can finally get back in the gym. WOOOOOHOOOOO!

What a mind game it is to have all the desire and will to be in the gym and to not have your body cooperate!

Again, let me say that I was very impressed with your transformation but I know you would do terrific just like last time! YOU DA MAN KIT!
