Guest guest
We started OLE 4 weeks ago and are up to 250mg 2x and Liver Tonic drops (milk thistle) 4x daily. When evening roles around it's like having a baby with colic. The only other thing we give before bed is Klaire's Complete probiotic. He stiffens up and bows his head and toes back and sceams for 2 hours. Does that sound like die off or intolerance? I ordered some activated charcoal and will try that and doing an OAT this morning. I'd wait 2 weeks for the results but I'm afraid I'm hurting him with something and just wondering if others who've had die off or intolerance notice it at any time or just at night. Guest guest
Is it happening when he lies down or after he lies down? Does he not want to lie down? If so to those things, I would suspect that he's having reflux. If it were me, I'd take out the probiotic and move it to the morning for a few days to see what happens. Then if that didn't help, I'd move his other supplements up earlier into the day. If it only happens in the evenings, I wouldn't think die-off, I'd think reaction, intolerance, reflux or GI problems. Good luck. Sondra > > We started OLE 4 weeks ago and are up to 250mg 2x and Liver Tonic drops > (milk thistle) 4x daily. When evening roles around it's like having a > baby with colic. Guest guest
My son had similar reactions when I introduced a probiotic to him a couple of years ago. Same exact symptoms. I was successful in giving one since (probio gold kirkmans) but we did do an acid reflux protocol 1st (prevacid). - From: mb12 valtrex [mailto:mb12 valtrex ] On Behalf Of steviesarasmom Sent: Friday, July 07, 2006 11:32 PM mb12 valtrex Subject: Re: Nightly crying..dieoff or intolerance? Guest guest
I stopped everything 2 days ago, mainly because we're doing all the blood work up on him to go back to our DAN and your supposed to stop supplements for 48 hrs. He didn't cry the last 2 nights. When this happens he is not laying down and he grabs at the back of his diaper. When I take it off he immediately grabs the front which makes it difficult to determine what hurts (he's 4.5 and nonverbal). I ran a sample of his urine by our physicians office and it was negative for UTI. I'm also wondering if it's related to a Molluscum Contagious(virus) spot his still has left on his bottom after breaking out with about 8 spots one year ago. He never seems to have any pain with the others. The virus typically can last up to a year and I'm wondering if we're on the tail end (no pun intended) of it. C. Sneak preview the all-new .com. It's not radically different. Just radically better.
