Guest guest
Hey , I agree with , I would call EAS for any of your rules questions. I can however, tell you that after completing 2 - 12 week challenges (1 this year and 1 last year) that the rules for both years discouraged against the use of digital photos. I recommend that you do NOT use a digital camera for your before pictures. The reason for this is simple. EAS catches alot of flack about the before and after pictures being fake. EAS wants you to have negatives in hand if you are to be considered as a finalist. Digital photos are very east to touch up. (yes, I know, for those of us that are computer savy can digitally alter any photos). Just like Bill says, Keep It Simple. Just take the pics with a decent regular camera, would hate to see one of our members get dropped from consideration because you used the wrong type of camera. After 12 weeks you'd want to shoot yourself if you used the wrong camera. TRUST ME, I know, I was planning on completing at least 3 challenges this year and due to my kidney/back problems I only finished the first one and guess what kind of camera I took those before shots with????? Yep, you got it, a digital camera, and even after going to a photo lab, the printed copy that I had to send to EAS with my Challenge packet was grainy. Learn from my mistakes, keep it simple, that is so so so true when it comes to your training and specifically your diet!!!!!!!! I was in Bill's Live Chat last night also, personally for someone with a ton of specific questions I felt avoided. Don't get me wrong, the chat was great for people just getting acquainted with BFL. But for the vets looking for answers to questions so that we can better Success Coaches I found it slow and self promoting. The key question I had was if EAS would be coming out with a Myoplex that does not contain ASPARTAME, I have heard of several people having health problems due to it. I had shrugged it off when I heard of others having problems before but I feel my kidney problems may be linked to it as well. Best of luck to you , and WAY TO GO at work! Get them all pumped up darlin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
