When my son was on Nystatin and his yeast was not clearing fast enough his doctor put him on a Diflucan rotation. Two weeks on Diflucan and then 2 weeks of Nystatin and repeated again. He was never on both at the same time and his testing showed that his candida was pretty bad. So my guess would be not to use them at the same time but maybe your doctor would reccommend a rotation. Yes he is on Pribiotics, Culterelle, florastor and Candex and of course the

Diflucan for

Valtrex. but if I try the nystatin and stop the Diflucan, how will that affect

the Valtrex.
