I have a parakeet! I am very worried about him. I don't want my

parakeet to have a heart attack! Oh Pfizer, please hurry and come up

with statins for pets. Bobby

There is a strong inverse relationship between high cholesterol and

thyroid problems. Maybe you should check his thyroid?

Caroline I was thinking exactly the same the other day about my 8yr

old chihuahua - why should our pets be exempt from the wonderful

benefits of statins. And we would know much sooner the horrendous

effects- imagine a border collie with memory loss - or lots of

limping labs - the list is endless.Pamela
