Guest guest
I have learned that tras fats are causeing many problems. Cholesterol is not really the problem Our body naturally produces cholesterol. It is used in the cell walls. Trans fats invade the cell cutting of the oxygen supply, and make the cell walls harder to penetrate. Our bodies use this substance as it cant tell the difference between it and natural types of cholesterol. Cutting out trans fats such as margarine, shortening, and peanut butter is very important!
