Guest guest
" Cutting out trans fats such as margarine, shortening, and peanut butter is very important! Erilyn Littlefield RN www.fdaquacks.com " What are you talking about? Margarine, shortening and peanut butter COULD have trans fats but so could anything. Read labels and find ones that don't have it. Margine that is liquid at room temp doesn't have trans fats. Peanut butter is natural and actually is good as it helps to stabilize blood sugar --just buy one that is natural, no added salt and nothing artificial added to it so it doesn't separate. You can find whole wheat bread with bad ingredients (such as high fructose corn syrup). It's not the food that's bad, it's how food corporations have adulterated the food. READ LABELS, that's all.
