Guest guest
That's not what I wanted to hear, Ed. That's about what my cholesterol is. Maybe we both need to either find something else or take more. How about some more fish oil? I certainly am not going to say Crestor. Guest guest
I'm going to be trying something called Integra-Lean Irvingia. It is a weight loss supplement that also lowers LDL and raises HDL. http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag2008/ss2008_report_more-weight-loss.htm Scan down the above article reference and you'll note LDL was lowered by 27% and total cholesterol by 26% while HDL (in a different study of type 2 diabetics) was increased by 29%. So, if someone has total C of 250 they may get a reduction of 26% or -65. That would bring total cholesterol down to 185. If one doesn't need to lose weight, then this isn't the right supplement. The article does go on to warn about the risks of lowering your cholesterol too much. Steve Gene Wolfe wrote: > > > That's not what I wanted to hear, Ed. That's about what my cholesterol > is.
