Guest guest
Dear Jay, Odd you say that Jay. I have them on my bones in various places. They are pliable, not really soft, not hard, yet have gotten a bit larger over the years. Sometimes they are painful, most times not. The doctor said not to worry about them. So, I don't. There is just so much to worry and hurt about, these are not on my list of priorities. Good luck there. I hope you soon find the relief which takes a long time switching meds and balancing this one and that one. regulating this and that... blood testing. Some friends of mine, who were so BAD with RA, moved to upper CA, near Oregon and what a difference. He can walk again. Something about the weather. They are ecstatic! God Bless you and keep you safe in His hands. nJay Bishop <jbirdak@...> wrote: I get bumps in weird places. Guest guest
Jay, it sounds like synovial cysts and they are also called ganglion cysts. On the back of the knee I think it's called a Baker's cyst. There's a brief discussion on the following web site: http://www.eatonhand.com/dis/dis019.htm . I have heard that gentle massage will sometimes encourage the fluid to leave the cyst and it will resolve itself. I tried that on one and got it reduced in size but usually I just leave them alone. Good luck and God bless. ----- Original Message ----- From: Jay Bishop Rheumatoid Arthritis Sent: Wednesday, July 02, 2003 12:05 AM Subject: Soft bumps in joints I get bumps in weird places.
